The Solution: The Unignorable Format. BHPS partnered with bigDAWGS to deploy a custom videoCARD (Video LCD Brochure). Instead of a link to a landing page, key decision-makers received a physical, soft-touch brochure. When opened, it didn't just display text—it immediately played a high-definition video explaining the complex "TPA" (Third Party Administration) model.
